Aliaputri Dharmayanti (5) XII IPS 4 Halo semua! Saya Alia dan saya akan menjelaskan tentang hari buruh sedunia yang jatuh pada tanggal 1 MEI. Hari Buruh lahir dari berbagai rentetan perjuangan kelas pekerja untuk meraih kendali ekonomi-politis hak-hak industrial. Perkembangan  kapitalisme  industri di awal abad 19 menandakan perubahan drasti, terutama di negara-negara kapitalis di Eropa Barat dan  Amerika Serikat . Pengetatan disiplin dan pengintensifan jam kerja, minimnya upah, dan buruknya kondisi kerja di tingkatan pabrik, melahirkan perlawanan dari kalangan kelas pekerja. Hari Buruh  pada umumnya dirayakan pada tanggal  1 Mei , dan dikenal dengan sebutan  May Day . Hari buruh ini adalah sebuah hari libur (di beberapa negara) tahunan yang berawal dari usaha gerakan serikat buruh untuk merayakan keberhasilan  ekonomi  dan  sosial  para  buruh . Hasil Karya
